Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test] 80% of the Seats are allotted by the Convener, EAMCET admissions, based on the Rank obtained in the above test. 20% of the Seats are filled by the Management. Calendar for admission against management/vacant seats: Last date for request for applications. - Last date for submission of application. - Dates for announcing final results. - Release of admission list (main list and waiting list should be announced on the same day) - Date for acceptance by the candidate (time given should in no case be less than 15 days) - Last date for closing of admission. - Starting of the Academic session. - The waiting list should be activated only on the expiry of date of main list. - The policy of refund of the fee, in case of withdrawal, should be clearly notified. Generally students are approached for Admission in to Engineering courses in to Private Engineering colleges under N.R.I./Management Quota in the Month of May, i.e. after declaration of the Results of +2 Examination or its equalant and also the test result of Common Engineering Entrance Test, being conducted by the Govt. of A.P. The closing date for admission in to the above course may be the last week of November every year. All the Scheduled dates are followed as per the Directions of the Convener, EAMCET Admissions, Govt. of A.P.


Criteria for Admission
Describe each criteria with its respective weightages i.e. Admission Test, marks in qualifying examination etc.
Mention the minimum level of acceptance, if any.
Mention the cut-off levels of percentage & percentile scores of the candidates in the admission test for the last three years.
Display marks scored in Test etc. and in aggregate for all candidates who were admitted.

The Convener, EAMCET is the sole authority for conducting Entrance Test and Counseling for Admission in to Engineering for all the Colleges of Engineering in the State of Andhra Pradesh (both University Engg. colleges and Pvt. Engg. Colleges).

Generally the Entrance Test will be conducted for 150 Marks and the Minimum Cut off mark may be 40-50 marks every year and the Body of the EAMCET Committee will decide the Cut off mark based on the number of students qualified in the Entrance Test. Besides the candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) or equivalent on the date of his/her counseling for admission in to Engineering course
